<(Omniscient POV)>

'Who the fuck is this guy?' Tommy Monaghan muttered to himself as he watched Bruce patiently making patterns around a circle on the floor with a piece of chalk. Of course, by now, he already knew of Bruce's real identity as the genius eccentric billionaire of Gotham. However, what he was really confused about was why Bruce was nothing like how the media portrayed him. He was neither a playboy with too much money nor a geeky nerd continuously thinking about changing the world. As a matter of fact, except for being rich, he was the furthest thing from what Tommy had ever imagined for a billionaire like him to be.

"How long is this going to take? It has been two hours since we have been preparing." Nyssa complained in a bored voice while fidgeting with a piece of chalk between her fingers.

"We have to do this perfectly if we truly want to kill the Mawzir without letting him escape... or worse, flipping the tables on us because that is one slimy son of a demon," Bruce was the one who replied with a look of slight annoyance. "But I get why you are so annoyed Nyssa; I am annoyed for the same reason. I had imagined us spending tonight a lot differently than this." He admitted.

The three were currently in an abandoned factory on the outskirts of Gotham and were in the final stages of making the preparations needed to trap and kill the gunslinging demon permanently. They had everything they needed. From Bruce's knowledge about the supernatural world that he learned from the elder Zatanna, Tommy's experience of killing demons, and finally the Ace of the Winchesters, the shotgun that could apparently kill any demon or infernal creature. They only needed to end this as soon as possible and then they could finally go home to a night of well-deserved rest.

"Okay, we are ready now. According to what you told me, the sigil drawn on the roof should summon Mawzir here. At the same time, the sigil on the floor right below the summoning sigil should stop him from moving while the extra salt circle around the trap will act as a secondary protection in case the demon proves to be too strong for the sigil to hold. And finally, when the Mawzir is trapped inside the circle, we will just riddle him with magic bullets. Did I get any of that wrong?" Tommy asked with a toothy grin on his lips while raising the magic gun in his hand.

"By the way, how does this thing even work? Does it have infinite ammo or something? Are we sure it can even kill that demon in reality? Or are we just going to believe in a tale that honestly seems too suspicious and farfetched to be a fact?" Nyssa asked as she eyed the gun in Tommy's hands.

"What? H-How were you that fast? Even my super sense of danger could barely detect what was happening. But you pulled your gun and killed it even faster than even that demon could react. That was almost... no, that WAS superhuman." Tommy Monaghan kept staring at the billionaire like he was a freak of nature.

"A healthy balanced diet is the secret of my energy." Bruce just shrugged as if what he did was the most normal thing in the world before throwing the shotgun at Tommy, "Here, keep it. I have a feeling that you will need this again quite soon. Consider it a favor."

"Letting me keep a billion-dollar antique gun that can kill all demonic creatures is a favor? I am almost afraid of what you will be asking from me when you tell me to pay back this favor... Are you sure you don't want this back?" Hitman asked as he looked at the exquisitely designed gun in his hands, a gun that would hopefully keep him alive until the idiots back in Hell decided that he was too expensive of an employee to poach.

"Yep. And honestly, if I wanted a cool gun that could kill everything on sight, I would just make it myself. As a matter of fact, I think I might even do that. After all, you can never have too many guns."
