Upon entering the 'cave abode', the bloodied Li Yan felt that something had changed within the aura of her big brother.

As Lucifer and Li Yan put their all into acquiring more benefits, a certain meeting was being held in the Water Nation. It was one that involved both the Water and Fire Nations. Hell, even the other Elemental Nation representatives had made their grand and lofty entrances!

As for what they were there to discuss...?

Well, it was none other than the 'Walking Birdhouse Phenomenon'.

"As you all are well aware of, the reason we have convened here today is to discuss the 'Walking Birdhouse Phenomenon', or something otherwise known as the 13th Forbidden Zone in the Elemental Nations."

Speaking with a formal and cordial tone, the Peak Nascent Soul Realm Organizer looked toward the various nation representatives.

Some were the absolute rulers of an Elemental Nation, while a good chunk of them were simply here on order of their father, mother, or family member.

All in all, there were twelve of them, all in the Peak Nascent Soul Realm and all in possession of Royal Blood.

Their absences could mostly be attributed to the fact that they were practically at each other's throats...

The Water Emperor abhorred the Fire Emperor and vice versa, whereas the Crystal Emperor deemed everyone 'not shiny enough' and hated everyone equally.

'With the Air Emperor's death, the atmosphere of these meetings has drastically changed. But there really is no helping it.'

Observing the expressions of the various Emperors and Direct Heirs, Organizer Ming Chao grew increasingly aware of a possible all-out war.

'If it really does come down to that, then I will likely need to obtain the help of the previous Organizer.'

'From what I hear, he has joined a prestigious sect as an Outer Disciple. With just that status alone, he should be able to deal with these self-centered idiots...'

As for what this unknown omen entails for the Elemental Nations, well, even I am left completely in the dark...

But what I can tell you is that the phenomenon may have something to do with the disappearance of the Devildukes and a great number of cities. From the reports that I have received from a couple little birdies, it does appear that more than a few cities have been erased in your countries, no?"

The Organizer didn't even need a proper confirmation. After all, the annoyed looks on everyone's faces were more than enough of an answer. So, with a light clap of his hands, Ming Chao beckoned forth a large, blue illusory screen.

Powered by magic and clear as day for all to see, the Elemental Nation Representatives received a vivid live recording of the 'Walking Birdhouse Phenomenon'.
