More than a dragon Warrior

Are you a stalker?

Are you a stalker?

Are you a stalker?

[Tai Lung's POV]

Math isn't real.

My current feeling was similar to one you would feel after being told that statement.

All of your understanding and the beliefs you had cultivated for years were broken in one simple sweep of a moment.

I felt my mind lagging as I tried to process the existence of the female hundreds of metres away from me.

It didn't make sense.

My eyes started glowing bright yellow as I looked at her again. My eyes could see the different colours and nature of chi but right now, I was questioning that ability.

The world was filled with different colours, named and unnamed because they could not be seen by other people. Normally, a person holds their chi inside their body and everything in this world -inanimate or animate - has chi within them.

It was the energy of the universe.

The most prominent being the world's chi which covered everything like air. So you could imagine what the world of chi looked like.

That was how it normally should be but few remarkable individuals could let their chi seep out of their body and become one with it. Their chi existed in absolute harmony with the chi of everything else and they could conjure miracles through it.

We call that inner peace back home.

What I was seeing in the female was similar to inner peace but starkly different. Her chi was leaking out of her body but unlike in the case of inner peace, her chi did not harmonize with the chi of the world. Instead..

It commands.

The world folded and bent to the will of her chi. If I had to compare it, I would say it was like someone walking under water but the water refused to wet them.

It was a baffling sight. Especially for me as I did not only see but also felt it.

"Ridiculous," I said with a smirk of disbelief. My eyes glazed over in deep interest and cat-like curiosity.

The female paused in her steps and she held her nose up. She took a sniff a couple of times before her masked face slowly turned towards me.

She saw me and we locked eyes.

At least that's what I think, I wouldn't know because she was completely covered.

Speaking of which, I finally snapped out of my wonder and observed her physical appearance. My eyes narrowed as I observed the outline of her body - she was covered everywhere except her ears and tails which were revealed.

From her tails and ears, I could conclude that she was a snow leopard.

But that's not all...

My sharp eyes - which could decipher how strong or well-trained a warrior was just by looking at their body - noticed something odd.

I could see through the thickest armour and pinpoint the tiniest weakness in my opponents. so her masks and her clothes could never hide anything from me.

Her body structure, the length of her limbs and the way her muscles were developed tell a natural-born weakness. Not because she was untrained, she was just weak by birth.

The shape of her face, the locks of hair behind her hood which were too long to truly hide, the mounds of fats on her chest which were undeniably breasts.

From all of these observations, I could tell that she was an animal I had seen before, but not in this life.

..

..

A human.

She did a quick turn to one corner and quickly went inside the restaurant. She slammed the door shut behind her and with her back leaning on the door, she took deep breaths to calm herself.

She did not even have time to care about the weird looks she was getting from the waiters and the rest of the customers as she calmed her beating heart.

Okay, okay.

That was not professional at all.

But it's fine.

She just lost her composure for a moment. Next time she would be ready and then she could accomplish her mission.

She released a final breath and then she moved to one of the windows beside the door. She peeked outside ever so carefully and made sure she was not followed.

"Why did you run away?" Someone whispered in her ears as she was leaning down to take a peek.

The voice was deep and held a sharp edge like a sword. Every word said in that voice would surely hold more weight than any other word.

Tai Lung.

She knew this because after he said that, he stopped whatever he was doing to follow her unnoticed. His presence burst forth once more.

Oh, she was so screwed.

But she tried to act cool.

"I am not running away." She said, but her voice came out weaker than she wanted. It was not firm like his, her voice evaporated.

This was going to go a lot differently than she planned in her head. Because she never accounted for the fact that Tai Lung would be so different from anyone else she had dealt with.

Or maybe she was overestimating herself.

In front of the strongest in the world, she never stood a chance.

She turned around and looked at his golden eyes. She put a hand on her heart and her bell jingled, giving her stregth.

The atmosphere became icy as the mood was shifted. Tai Lung raised an eyebrow.

Things might have started out rather unexpectedly but she was determined to complete her mission. She would do everything in her power.

Silence stretched as she took that time to gather her thoughts and analyse the situation.

Her thoughts got lost in his eyes. Deep yellow that held childlike curiosity, intrigue and amusement. There was no fear or hostility in them.

Not because of ignorance but because of confidence. What could hurt him in this world?

She took note of that.

'Okay, change of plan....'

..

"You, were you stalking me?"
