Navi roared in anger and despair.

No matter where she moved, there would be a circular wall that blocked her from going further away from their current location.

Nalan stood behind Navi, watching her emotional breakdown and his raised hand was slowly put down.

He knew very well that Navi is not that strong.

They were all indeed returnees who have experienced living in a completely different world and all.

But first and foremost...

They were all ordinary human being.

On the Green Planet, Navi came from a prominent rich family and lived a pampered life of a young miss from an influential family. She didn't have to do anything and there would be many people who came to flatter her simply because of her family background.

Nalan didn't know what Navi experienced when she was alone because when they reunited, what he saw was Navi who had already made a name for herself. And she controlled her family in Afirer Kingdom in order to let her become stronger.

But all of them knew...

Being thrown into a completely strange world without any direction whatsoever was truly terrifying.

At the very least, Nalan could remember his fear when he first arrived.

He didn't know anyone.

He didn't know anything.

He didn't even have any proper knowledge needed for survival.

Perhaps some people would be excited when they were thrown to a completely different world and experienced grand adventure like that.

But Nalan knew that he was not excited nor thrilled.

"Damn it! What do you actually want from us?" Navi screamed, repeating her question and she slumped on the ground. "I have grown stronger, I have already learned a lot of knowledge... but it's still far from enough, isn't it? Now, I have to fight for my life all the time just for the damned continent behind me..."

Why her?

Navi cried and slumped on the ground, not wanting to take a look at her surroundings anymore.

She was tired.

Having to fight for such a long time and then forced to fight against these magic beasts repeatedly only to have her stranded in this place like this...

What did she do wrong to make her have to suffer so much like this?

Nalan silently erected a barrier to protect the two of them while leaning against the invisible barrier behind him. He looked at the dying magic beasts that were bombarded by the nuclear bomb in the distance and sighed.
