Chapter 80 Resting and Night Journey

Riya decided to forget about it for now.

Since they all still have enough food, they wouldn't think about eating these magic beasts' meat any time soon. There was no need for Riya to worry about it. When they needed it, she would make up a story about how she had these abilities.

It might be a bit troublesome later, though.

Riya sighed in her heart.

"Let's eat something and then check the area."

"Yes."

After they ate, they checked their surroundings and came into conclusion that these magic beasts wouldn't come as long as they didn't make too much noises. They didn't know what happened to the three people who were in the convenience store and none of them actually cared that much.

Once they were done and moved some blocks to form barricade at the side, they rested in the car. Ruby was still busy dissecting the magic beast's corpse and it was estimated that she wouldn't finish anytime soon.

"Go to sleep, Ruby. You can continue experimenting with that thing tomorrow." Amelia yawned.

"Just a bit more," Ruby replied.

"We still have to wake up early tomorrow in case we're attacked. You wouldn't want to be in bad shape."

"Fine." Ruby sighed and looked at the magic beast's corpse with some pity. She hadn't finished dissecting it. If only there were more equipments here, she could do more and try to do other things.

Amelia shook her head and leaned on the passenger seat's chair.

She had fought against these magic beasts and felt really tired. The other two basically didn't do anything much but Amelia herself didn't have much thought about it. She knew that Ruby definitely couldn't fight.

As for Riya...

"Riya, do you have any special skills?" Amelia asked. While she didn't see Riya's performance, she could see that Riya was very calm when facing these magic beasts.

"You can say so," Riya replied with thoughtful expression.

"Really?"

'It's buried inside.'

Seeing that the storage was half destroyed due to earthquake, Riya shook her head and raised her hand. Formation runes formed in the air and lifted these rocks out of the way.

This was the basic telekinesis spell.

Most mages couldn't do this magic, though. For them, this kind of magic was not very convenient and the attack power was really low. Unless they have great control over the spell, it wouldn't be of much use.

But for Riya, she reconstructed the magic through formation, making it easy to control through the runes' position.

Of course, ordinary people would not be able to see the runes floating in front of Riya's hand.

'There you go.'

After removing the rocks, Riya entered and looked at the large amount of resources there. She smiled and unceremoniously gathered these things into her world. For one, she needed the resources and two, many of them would turn bad if they were left alone for a long time.

She would sort them out later.

Riya moved quickly and paid a visit to a few more places including some smaller stores and gathered the resources there.

After around two hours of running around, Riya felt that it was enough and made her way to the previous crack.

Riya could see that the formation was still there and silently walked inside. A formation master didn't only know how to make a formation and activated it but also know the inside out of the formation. In this way, a formation master would be able to enter a formation and remained unscathed without destroying the formation itself.

They just know how to enter without altering or triggering the formation.

Soon, Riya reached the crack and took out a paper. She pasted runes on the surface of the paper.

Clack.

The paper turned into the shape of a person.

"Doll 1, investigate the situation below," Riya gave order.

The paper doll raised its hand to give salute and then turned around and jumped down.
